Returns Policy

How do I return my order?

We’re truly sorry your order didn’t turn out as you hoped! We carefully check each piece before shipping, but if you notice any damage or defects, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order at support@seamlesstulip.com.

A quick note: colors may appear slightly different on phone and computer screens, so we can’t guarantee an exact match to what you see online.

If you’d like to return fabric, simply repack the items you’re sending back within 7 days of receiving the order along with your original packing slip and ship them to:

Seamless Tulip

PO BOX 276090

Sacramento, CA 95827-6090

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure:

  • Fabric is unwashed, uncut, and in the same condition it arrived.

  • Precuts are unopened.

  • It is shipped back within 14 days of receiving the order.

Customers are financially responsible for all return shipping costs, including the full original shipping rate and any additional carrier return charges. This policy applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping through a promotion or discount.

As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll process a refund for the approved items right away. If items don’t arrive in their original condition, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Thank you for understanding.

These return‑shipping terms are firm, non‑negotiable, and apply to all customers and all orders without exception.

Refused packages:

If a customer declines or refuses delivery, they automatically assume complete responsibility for all shipping and return fees. This applies even when the original shipment was free due to a promotion.

I changed my mind and would like to cancel my order. Can anything be done?

We completely understand, sometimes plans change! If it’s been less than 6 hours since your order and a shipping label hasn’t been created yet, send us a quick email at support@seamlesstulip.com with your order number. We’ll do everything we can to stop the order and refund your payment.

If a shipping label has already been created, that means your fabric is packed up and on its way to you, so we won’t be able to cancel at that point. But don’t worry we’ll always be here to help with returns if needed.
