I am truly sorry that USPS lost your package. We understand how disappointing and frustrating that can be.
For anyone reading this review, please note that we fulfilled and shipped the order promptly, but unfortunately the package was lost while in USPS's possession during transit. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we issued a full refund to the customer before this review was posted.
As a small business, we take great pride in providing excellent customer service and standing behind every order. While we cannot control carrier mishaps once a package leaves our hands, we always do our best to make things right when issues arise.
